As a professional school counselor, I will work with all students in order to establish a foundation in academic, social, and career education.  I will create a student centered environment, which develops self-esteem, life-long love of learning, and goals for the future. 
    As a school counsleor, students will be provided with support, skills, and knowledge necessary for a productive and fulfilling life in an evolving society.  Creating opportunities in the school and resources through community for self exploration, skill development, and career planning, will help students to gain confidence and communication skills necessary for success.
    School counseling is about the relationship with the students.  I am lucky to work in a field where I have the opportunity to help children to believe in themselves, make the right decisions, and grow into independent, happy and successful persons.
